Job Matching (Hire Service)

ITAM established a job-matching service that enables businesses to advertise work opportunities to our members / mentees.

ITAM established a center for employers or individuals interested in hiring artisans and trained professionals, whom have been profiled.

Through the centre artisans register in the system by entering their qualifications, with option to browse for job vacancies and network with employers.

When employers make a request, a designated staff member of the Institute communicate employer's requests to artisans/skilled-worker with the requisite skills, provide job descriptions, the location and other requirements.

We take further step in reaching potential clients by advertising and canvassing for internship or employment opportunities for members / mentees.

Employers are encouraged to advertise internships positions that provide opportunities for youth, young men and women to receive training and hands-on experience.

ITAM charges employers a 10 percent fee on the annual payment for all temporary, permanent or contract jobs obtained through our system.
