ENTRY REQUIREMENT (GENERAL)

CTAM (Detail)

• Minimum:
  • SSCE, OND / HND / BSc OR
  • 3+ years relevant experience
• Open enrollment
• Possession of ITAM single or group course certificate – (Optional)
• No prior certification of ITAM required under the
• Accelerated Training & Certification Programme  

CTAL (Conditional)

• Must meet at least ONE of the following:
  • CTAM certified + 3 years’ experience
  • OR 7+ years leadership experience
  • OR Possession of ITAM group course certificate subject to council’s approval
• Submission of:
  • Statement of leadership practice
  • Case study/project
• Panel interview  

FTAL (Subject to council’s approval)

• By:
  • Nomination OR
  • Application + peer review

• Requirements:

• 10–15+ years’ experience
• Proven leadership impact
• Contribution to trade ecosystem

• Approved by:
  • ITAM Governing Council
